VF Tuner for the Lotus Emira

So then you unlocked the potential of the headers and pulley as well.
Do you have dyno numbers of how much increase in horsepower you got over a completely stock emira?
it is in this thread somewhere, and will be all in one big post later. I think it was like 50whp on 91 octane but I can't recall the *exact* amount at the moment.

And yes, we unlocked the throttle which lets these cars take advantage of mods. We were discussing that problem in here on and off for the last few months, that the car restricts throttle pretty extreme as you start slapping mods onto it like pulleys.
That's been pretty much eliminated as an issue now.

So you increased this by 73 because of these added mods, but without mods, it’s 50 extra horsepower. I understand the throttle response will improve as will other things….

Not necessarily.
This car was on a mustang dyno. So if you are *solely* focused on the number alone, it's likely to make quite a bit *more* if it was a dyno jet.

The point is the data, the result, the difference.

The most important thing is that the increased horsepower will lead to more heat sink, which will lead to horsepower loss.
But you say you can help keep the heat down.
Explain exactly how that is possible?

We have full control over the intercooler coolant pump and can fully tune this too to manage temps.

The car can heat soak pretty easily stock because the OEM / stock control of the intercooler pump is lackluster.

Why wouldn’t lotus want to improve this if they could, especially since they used JUBUs cooling hose kit to improve cooling?

That is not a question for me.

If you have all of these questions it is better to just PM me or email us, not continual 1 question replies on this thread.

Can anyone verify that this is true if you add headers and/or a smaller pulley that the numbers will be the same as stock?

I’m willing to dyno my car anywhere in the northeast. Does anyone know a shop that can dyno and tune my car.
I have an eventuri air intake, GRP titanium exhaust, headers, Y-pipes. A 2.85 pulley and a JB4 tune.
I’ve told you this a million times dude. Adding headers and a pulley without tune is useless. The jb4 hits same cap with and without
