Racechip just released their rival to JB4 - plug and play tuning box for V6. They are claiming 471 hp and 529NM on 93 fuel (UK 99 super unleaded +83hp +92NM). Hopefully this will spur JB4 to refine their tune further. Unlike the 2.0 tuning box takes 10 mins to install on V6. I think 475hp is about the sweetspot for the Emira. Stock feels underpowered, but 500+ would I suspect lead to traction issues notwithstanding reported engine/clutch failures

If this is confirmed on an independent dyno seems like they've achieved a fair bit more torque than JB4

If it's a car from Milltek, it probably already has their 3rd cat delete, valve controller and exhaust so this may skew the numbers

Competition is always good, but are these numbers at the wheels or crank?

I had a piggyback on my WRX, but after a while the ECU adapted and the effect was marginal. Replaced with an ECU tune which was significantly more effective. These are just two annecdata and maybe things are different here but it really soured me on piggybacks.

cool.
I've already posted *actual table pictures* of the Emiras ECU tables. Ours is just as real.

I don't know why I even bother with this community at all. 90% of what I get is just shit talk.
Ignore the online keyboard warrior noise bro.

We believe in you.

Once you post dyno results crushing these piggybacks, all the haters will be MIA.

Ps I messaged you elsewhere.

There are a few very vocal skeptics. I’d claim they aren’t representative. Personally I’m very interested in your solution but I’m inclined to not modify anything while the factory warranty is still active.
