Interesting bc sport shows 7k. I usually only drive in track mode like 99% of the time if I do the other modes it’s only for cruising on highway, but when I want to get on it, it’s always track for me.

That said I took it to redline for the first time in sport and it had a similar cut out right at 7k maybe a little before so I don’t know if the soft limiter and 7200 is on track only for me. I asked Rene tonight and when I get an answer I’ll report back.

Also there is power difference between each mode with track unleashing all power so another reason I run track mode almost all the time.

Rene will do a remote session with me so we can see each mode redline, he said it’s 6,800 tour, 7k sport and 7,200 track with soft limiter on each. I found this out bc I hit the limiter in sport as I was taking it to the 7k. Rene will check to ensure it’s set to soft limiter I think it is but caught me by surprise and I haven’t had that feeling in a long time since I only drive it in track. But decided to test the dash accuracy so did it in sport and sure enough hit the limiter at 7k.

I’m ok with this set up but Rene can adjust to have 7200 in all modes or most people might want it in sport and track, tour maybe not so much. I might have him switch mine to 7200 in sport will see.

That all said each mode is showing correct display. I’ve yet to hit the limiter in track so the 7200 is perfect IMO.

I’ll circle back once I do the remote session. But wanted to update everyone of the current set up and dashboard reading are correct. I didn’t take a picture of tour bc it’s like stock shows right at 6800 with its blue display you guys all see now.

STAND ALONE ECU OPTIONS

JUBU Plug & play ECU JUBU, headquartered in the Austria, have been a longstanding supporter of LOTUS. While I'm not entirely certain, I believe JUBU utilizes a proprietary ECU box. The good news is that this is currently available with many notable improvements. However, the downside is that it may not be cost-effective. MONKEYWRENCH ECU Monkeywrench, a US-based company, has been a longstanding supporter of LOTUS and various other platforms. While they currently don't offer an ECU option for EMIRA (as per my recent conversation with them), they mentioned that it's currently in development with a Q3/Q4 release. For their ECU options on models like Evora and other platforms, they utilize the ECUMASTER ECUs. KOMOTEC ECU Komotech is a german based company and have alos been supporting the LOTUS platform for a while. While they currently don't offer an ECU option for EMIRA they mentioned that it's currently in development (not ETA on release date). For their ECU options on models like Evora and other platforms, they utilize the ECUMASTER ECUs. Additional information can be found here: V6 www.komo-tec.com

SCS DELTA ECU SCS DELTA are based in UK and they design and manufactures powertrain control electronics for a wide variety of applications including LOTUS. They currently offer their Delta range of engine management systems (ECUs) that is capable of controlling virtually any internal combustion engine including gasoline direct injection and common rail diesel. It is direct replacement engine management system for the Lotus Evora models fitted with a Toyota V6 engine and manual transmission. Fully programmable through the original OBD port. They currently do not offer it for the EMIRA, but per my correspondence from them they plan on offering solution soon. NO ETA given yet. For the i4 turbo Emira, can you confirm if you have been able to crack the CPC? A couple of tuners have cracked the ECU, but the CPC remains the elusive portion for everyone.

this has been a problem even for Mercedes tuners
But piggyback units work. and different power stages are available.
