What did you do to your Emira today?

I bought a new one.

the interior is the alcantara with silver stitch and an alcantara wheel. Im really happy with the spec but if I had ordered it I would have put on privacy glass and gone with a diamond cut wheel. These silver ones are going to drive me nuts with the brake dust

Installed:
- Nitron R1 Clubsport
- 12mm/15mm front and rear spacers
- CT Carbon front lip

Next up, maxing out what little camber I can get in the front at the alignment shop and finalizing wheel specs

This is exactly why I chose the R1s as well. That stance is perfect! How you liking the ride? Cheers.

Haven't had the chance to drive it hard yet since I'm waiting on the alignment later this week, but overall impression from just cruising has been nice.

Noticeably less body roll and definitely stiffer than my OEM Touring, but still compliant and nowhere near what I would consider uncomfortable even at 16/18 clicks damping. YMMV though since I've driven on some egregiously stiff spring rates back in my "slammed" car days.

Great to hear. Looking forward to getting mine in and installing them. QQ, did they come preset to a specific ride height from the factory or did you have to make several adjustments once you installed them and lowered the car? If so, was it easy to dial them in while on the car?

I don't believe they're preset to a specific height - it was sitting way too high for me and I immediately lifted the car up and dropped the height significantly without seeing if they were evenly preset or anything.

If you have access to a lift or if you can get the car up on stands high enough to reach up to the locking collars from directly under the coilovers, you can actually adjust them without needing to remove the wheels. I realized this too late, after already having spent a couple hours taking the wheels on and off to adjust them lol

Great to hear, thanks. I have Quickjacks so I'd be able to lift it easily to make any adjustments necessary. Cheers.

Anyone fancy missing the England game on Saturday and going for a Blat?
Would be Dorset/Hampshire/Wiltshire area

You can still get clicky buttons through AliExpress but they are used. The set I installed last night were new ones though. I got them from a very limited GRP drop awhile back. He doesn't get them often. Keep checking the site and get the alerts set up.

Just to mention the "used" ones I got from AliExpress were "new in box". Maybe I was just lucky, YMMV.
Nice. The first set I got used had a bad right side down button and the illumination on the left was wonky.

I got mine off Aliexpress as used and they were brand new. No issues with them.

Oh Im realizing you guys are in GB. Yeah you guys still get the good stuff. When the tariff thing hit the supply of new ones dried up in the states. We only get the extra shady ones now.
