Regards the ABS error. If let’s say you have an error on the dash after fitting aftermarket seats, then you later fit the necessary kit/cheat to clear it. Will the error just disappear and that’s the end of it, or does it need to be cleared via OBD, or need a visit to Lotus to get it cleared?

SRS not ABS — you can either get Lotus to do it or I believe any Autel device that supports airbags for Volvo works. Greg can confirm there…
That’s correct. If you get an airbag code it will need to be cleared by Lotus or a srs capable scan tool like a foxwell.
For just the occupancy sensor code - it will clear once the system is happen and it goes through its self check after starting the car. Sometimes it takes a key cycle or two though.
Seats are clearly a big upgrade for weigh reduction and that will be on my list probably for 2026. I’m not fully sold on these but they are growing on me and love the color match leather options.

Do you drive in the nude?
in that circumstance your dangly bits may get more freedom than required. If so, we are more than happy to make you seats without the crotch hole. You will be stunned how much more comfortable they are than jiggling around on top of the foam standard seats. I struggle with people’s perceptions based on the look of them due to having little foam but I can promise you that it will change how the car feels completely.

Yeah I heard the positive reviews. Just from the looks of the opening seems close to where you would sit and see how others have found that to be an issue or not.

I have athletic lats while being an average guy 190lbs, waist 34, 35. I cannot bear the feeling of seat bolsters poking into my lats. I sat in a Porsche GT4 bucket seats today and that barely felt right. I could already feel it poking into my lats.
I measured the width of area that supports lats in that car from side edge to side edge and it is around 17" (43.18 cm). When I look at B10XL, the inner width around the lat area is 38.5cm.
Is this an apples to apples comparison? or is the design of B10XL somewhat different such that I don't have edges poking into my lats? Really appreciate your guidance on this and any thoughts on how GT4 buckets and Tillet B10XL compare and contrast. I just want something that let my shoulders and lat be free while provide support at rib cage ideally.

You would want the XL. My son is the same size as you and is also wide under the lats. He uses the B10 XL in his M4. The lats down to the rib area is important for support in our seats, as it does this without impacting the arms. I prefer this over the shoulder support which is like someone jogging you mid corner.
Of course they have to fit and as with all hard seats it's not possible to suit every person perfectly, but compared to OEM seats they are surprisingly adaptable to many different body shapes. You cannot go by measurements to compare. With all OEM seats they sit you on thick padding and then give you 14 adjustments to attempt to give the body support despite the moving surface.
