These are some fittings for harness mounting, that came with the harness bar i purchased. Hopefully these will work with the Tillet. They are Emira specific but intended for a Recaro seat rail/fittings i believe.

If you have bolt in lap belts with eyelets you can bolt them right to the same spot the factory buckle and belt go on the Tillett mounts.I’m gonna receive a pair of Tillett sears very soon and a 6 point harness. I’ve got a harness bar fitted already.
Am I right in saying the 2 side belts have mounting points on the Tillett hardware? Just need to rig something for the crotch belts?
Would be great to get some close up pics of what you’ve done to make it work
Those spots have sleeves with springs that have plenty of room to have both mounted up (if you want to keep your 3pt in place also)
We test fit our 5/6 belt mounting setup on Friday, making a couple adjustments and it should be ready to be ordered later this week.
Direct bolt in for the Tillett mounts and it will be part of/on the slider assembly so if you move your seat you dont have to worry about adjusting the 5/6 belts which is a pain.

2nd to all the above! My seats are being delivered tomorrow. I too, would prefer to run 5/6 points over 4. I also like the idea of retaining the 3 points, like in my Zenos. That hybrid setup pays dividends when driving daily.
Having a 5/6pt and 3pt is also on my to-do list so I’m excited to see what y'all come up with!
We have those 5/6 sub strap mounts available on the website now.
A batch of them is being welded up today and off to powder coating on Monday.
More pictures coming once we get them back from the coaters.

Correct, it ties in and uses the existing bolt locations on each side bracket along with the bolts that thread into the seat. It locks in via the bracket on the bottom so it cant rotate. We did it this way so that it "slides" with the seat when its moved so you dont have to adjust the 5/6 belt, it also ties the side brackets in together and adds overall strength and rigidity.

You're killin me, we have gone over this... lol
Seats are here, brackets are in-bound in a couple weeks or so and they will ship out with the seats and the sub strap bar asap.
Pads take about 5 weeks typically and they will ship once they arrive on their own.

Was able to drive with XL seat for over an hour with no padding and it was more comfortable than the stock seat.
Also the radio sounded louder and felt more bass

Are these as safe as a harness bar? (in terms of submarining). Where do the bottom straps mount to?
i have a harness bar, only the lap and crotch belts are fitted to the hooks on the floor (crotch to the 2 inner hooks, lap belts to the outer hooks). I looked at the FIA harness regulations and the angles look fine for all the belts (US regs differ on the crotch belt angles). All things considered, i think this works and it mounts everything to the body, rather than the seat. The floor mounted hooks are a common product intended for the GR86, that happens to match up to the Emira bolt spacing.
