What color did you go with? what color(s) did you almost go with?

Lotus makes beautiful colors. You really can't go wrong with any of them. I've always been a white guy, so my first inclination was to go with white. Then I loved the zinc gray because I love flat colors (stealthy). But the more I drove it when my dealership let me borrow it for the weekend to test it out, I fell out of love with it. Felt kinda boring and it definitely looked better on the configurator to me.

Alas, I wanted something bright so I went with Isotope Green. I also considered the Hethel yellow (my son liked it the most), but ended up with the Isotope (my daughter and wife preferred that). So did I...

good thing they didn't have the one you wanted on the lot...it forced you into the right choice

Zinc is my top choice

I wanted Hethel Yellow or Seneca Blue when I put down the deposit.

When it came to my chance to order, I had more FE2.0 color options. My previous car is a Nitro Yellow Supra so I don't want another yellow car. After seeing all the color samples in person, I landed on Atlantis Blue.

Still my favorite color to this day, and it reminds me of my first car, a blue Evo X.

First all colors are stunning. My color journey.

- Originally wanted green, but it was too dark. But it does look special up close.
- Really liked yellow - feels like a lotus color, but I had a yellow car and was replacing a red car.
- I saw Seneca in the flesh under artificial light and it was too bright for me. It almost glowed.
- I went with Vivid Red over tan and absolutely love it. Classic, but striking combo.
- I was later shocked at how good osmium silver looked. Should be boring, but it absolutely works IRL.
- the other BIG surprise was Meridien Blue (I think that’s the right one, the medium blue, not dark blue). Looks really good in person.
- white and zinc also look good in the flesh with the right accents.
- someone here has a slammed black and that reminds me of a modded Ferrari in a good way.

You’ve inadvertently included a great photo of my pick, Atlantis. I had a year or so to agonize (actually fun for me) over myriad specs, which I could detail here but would take too much time. Ultimately, my spec was influenced by (i) being tired of past cars in the black-to-white spectrum, and the serious need for some color in my garage, (ii) Atlantis being in between Seneca and Meridian, with a beautiful purple undertone I really loved, and (iii) my past experience ordering a silver over black E46 M3, and later lusting after Interlagos Blue over cinnamon. And the fact that I thought Atlantis would probably prove to be a little uncommon, which I kinda like, and I thought silver wheels and tan might be a classic touch. So, Atlantis over tan with silver. A year and a half later, it’s still proven the perfect choice for me, but I’m quick to add that most other colors I find stunning on this car.

After seeing all FE2 colors “in the flesh”, I’m glad I went with Osmium Silver. It shows off the lines of the car the best in my opinion.

I wanted a white R8, but once I found the minty low mile well sorted gated one in silver....i was sold.

I went with Magma Red, silver wheels, yellow brakes. I didn't really seriously consider any other colors. I like the blue in pictures, but it's not really my style. I'm also a sucker for green cars, but I already have a green Giulia so didn't want to double up. I'm a big believer that cars should be a color - especially sports cars.

I bought Seneca on Ice, but, if money was no object, I would have gone with tangelo, then the bright greens. As there was a 42k difference in price, I am very happy with Seneca.
