What exactly do you get when you buy a 420 Sport without options? Let's break things down.

You missed the most important part, the "OE Tune". Also, you missed all the CF related to the updated aero (front lip, front fender vents, side intakes, rear lip). Lastly, don't forget that rear CF hatch (this alone is probably 6-8K). All of this is part of the "standard car". If you account for all of this, trust me, it pencils.

Correction, the CF Hatch is part of the lightweight Pack. So, strike that.

@Aerie - will you guys be making a kit (mostly interested in the sides and front) that looks identical to the 420 sport version? I’ve been eyeing your aerie kit for a while now and in my opinion, the one lotus designed for the 420 sport, looks perfect. Thanks in advance for your reply

I am coming to this from Porsche where the customization options are far more extensive. I am inclined to get a SE with a few simple options (honestly, there are few functional ones I care much about) and then install elec-TRON FAL and suspension to close the gap with the 420. I also was considering whether to do it with a V6 but it sounds like the SE with suspension mod would be much closer to the Cayman experience I miss.

Either way, with few options I care about, why bother waiting on a factory build. I can get one off the lot and have it shipped if need be.
