What car is more beautiful than an Emira?

Fun thread, which I just ran across.

For me, the most important question is whether there is a more beautiful car that you can purchase today brand new, with a warranty, and enjoy/justify using it as an every day driver? My answer is a hand-down no.

The fact that the Emira design can be favorably compared with some of the most beautiful and iconic classic cars makes it even more amazing.

3 pedals and a gear shift make such a huge difference in driving engagement and enjoyment. The mid-engine Corvette is an incredible bargain, looks aside, but no manual transmission.

Yes, that is a huge part of the Emira's appeal to me. We also own a C8 E-Ray and a 911 Turbo S. Obviously, both are great cars, but I enjoy driving the Emira more.

However, this thread was about "most beautiful," and the Emira wins in that category too.

My buddy used to own a 512TR.

Can't ignore the Testarossa either.

Had my car in a couple of weeks ago for its 2 year service at my dealer Eurocar and in the shop they were prepping not 1, not 2, but THREE Testarossas for resale. (no photos of the third, as I only caught a glimpse of it through an open door to the adjacent shop area). A resurgence happening?

The Emira is a modern 355.

I had a 355 for 12 years that I was never going to sell.
Then I saw the pictures and specs of the Emira….

And also while I was leaving my dealer Eurocar after my 2 year service, these two pulled out in front of me, obviously on their way to the closest smog shop (which I also use) to prep for resale. The beautiful one and the ugly one!

I also think the Emira probably will get in that list in time but probably too early, too modern to count as a classic yet.

I also think the original Elise S1 is also up there too.

While a very subjective question for sure, I have adored some of the latest generations of Aston Martins - they stumbled a bit on the second to last generation in terms of design inside and out, but this and the latest generation to me are just gorgeous in a completely different way to the Emira!

In this price point (lot of depreciation) I would say the Maserati MC20 is a pretty beautiful car, stunning really!

The elongated body make it looks like smaller AMG Project 1 with less aero.

The Emira is so small that it looks like a toy car next to modern supercar which make it less stand out, but for the exact price point, no car comes close to it.

If we go with infinite budget;
I would say Pagani for elegance and craftmanship;

Lotus Evija for pure outside aesthetics, futuristic looking car without going with box-shape (i.e. Audi nuvolari)
Evija would easily be in the top most beautiful car if it wasn't an EV

And now that Lanzante makes a road legal Bugatti Bolide, that would be my choice.

MC20 i s a fantastic design, and used prices are crazy low. However, 2 problems:
(1) no manual
(2) I have a feeling parts and service availability could be more of a challenge than the Emira in the future, and that's saying something!

I have not driven one though, and it probably delivers a completely different driving experience from the Lotus, but I'd have it just for the looks alone.

My guess is that in 5-7 years you will be able to pick up a "high mileage" MC20 for $85-90k, and very nice ones with 5-10k miles will go for $110-115k.

It will also be the Maserati paradox- low cost of entry, high cost of maintenance. "Too cheap" for people who's only taste is cost, and "too expensive" for enthusiasts who drive their cars and will thus need to repair them along the way.
