What car is more beautiful than an Emira?

I do like that design a lot
I believe that Peter Stevens is underappreciated within the auto industry. His designs, or in this case refresh, are always classy and attractive.

My top two:
#1: Any Giulia Sprint/GTV. I think it's the most flawless design of all time.
#2: 355 Berlinetta.
The Emira is definitely one of the best looking cars of the last 25 years. The Giulia QV is up there (one of the reasons I own one) and the original V8 Vantage is beautiful. Ferrari hasn't made an attractive car since the 488 and I really dislike the new Astons. Maserati did a nice job with the Mc20.

Yeah seems like a lot of us like that 355. Wish they'd do a modern version.

I follow a guy on Instagram who teaches people how to rent out sports cars for profit. He has a lot of lambo-bro audience. He recently talked about the Emira and how good of a deal it was. The comments had some people calling it too short and small. But, that is what I like about it. I agree the emira is one of the best looking cars ever. I do think the rear is slightly less attractive, but, most of it is completely gorgeous.

You beat me to it, but I'll post it anyway: It kind of amazing that such an old design, although updated, looks so similar to a 355. Anyone care to comment? Also, what do you prefer, the old rectangular taillights or the newer round ones?

Other way round, the 355 looks like the Esprit.
Giorgetto Giugiaro & ItalDesign, who designed the Esprit almost certainly had a major influence on Pininfarina and the F328 - F348 - F335.

The Emira is a modern 355.
I had a 355 for 12 years that I was never going to sell.
Then I saw the pictures and specs of the Emira….
The 308/328 is a completely different design from the 348/355 and is closer in time to the Giugiaro Esprit whereas the latter is closer in time to the Stevens restyle. The Esprit and 355 only really started to converge once the front end of the Esprit was revised further right around when the 355 was introduced,. It converged even more when the quad round taillights were added in the final version.
Yeah I agree Emira has to be one of the most beautiful cars ever made. That’s also why I think I like it with no wing, no splitter, nothing. Yes needs to be lowered and have flush wheels but other than that I think the body kits and wings make it look off.
I have seen some great examples posted but I didn’t see anyone post the 1965 Shelby Cobra, I want one!

This is why I'm focused on the Emira, it's a beautiful supercar at 1/3 the cost IMO, with a great history like Ferrari and Porsche. I started in a 79 Camaro Z28 with 350HP, then traded it for a Red RX-7 when they first came out. Lots of BMW's 3's and 5's, one Mercedes Sedan C280 was a POS. A Peugeot in Europe, also a POS. 2 Porsches after the mid-life divorce, a Boxster S (loved it and want my stick back), and a Macan S. I will be very happy with a new 27 Emira with the open-roof option. Nimbus Grey with Red interior and silver wheels.
Please give us a full driving impression comparison between the F355 and Emira.
I love the F355, and think that it's far and away the prettiest Ferrari since literally the mid-1960's.
At one time, a use gated manual F355 was (somewhat) reasonable here in the US, but that time has gone and clean low-mileage examples have become expensive.
I could stomach the price (buy once, cry once!), but the maintenance scheduled and associated fees just seemed beyond ridiculous.
.....anyway, back to my request.

For me, the most important question is whether there is a more beautiful car that you can purchase today brand new, with a warranty, and enjoy/justify using it as an every day driver? My answer is a hand-down no.
The fact that the Emira design can be favorably compared with some of the most beautiful and iconic classic cars makes it even more amazing.
