Emiras advertised for sale on other sites

First used Emira below £80,000? 7,000 miles and with a Lotus dealer so guessing it's an ex demo car. Has Homelink, tracker and full black pack which are all cost options so OTR price would have been £81,465.

CC have another coming up

After circa 3 months £99k to £93k now £85k Shadow Grey anyone …..
Redline will be taking any profit in that sale. I think safer bet £80k in a fixed rate £4k interest in a year 😉

There will no doubt be flippers in the early i4 campaign. Be interesting to see what happened there. To be fair with price rise imminent I would hope these used values go up too.

You can take £5-7k off minimum if you were selling to a dealer or px so some substantial losses shifting towards Emira

I am positive these flippers have shot themselves in the foot. Seems stupid to try and sell a car to people who 99 times out of a 100 have been on the waiting list for 2+ years!?! Who is going to jump off that list for a brand new car, spec'd exactly how they want, and are now only weeks to a few months away from delivery? No one is going to pick up a second hand car, with miles on it, probably ragged about without a proper run-in to save a few grand. They are going to have to sell these with a minimum of £10k off the new price to tempt people off the waitlist.

I guess the only people willing to get these cars are people who only just found out about it. But again, it's a Lotus aimed at petrolheads. This is not a car you just buy as you have seen it in passing, it's a particular market. Someone will buy eventually, some people swap cars constantly, but the idea of getting this car and then flipping it for easy profit like it's a PS5 or a pair of trainers is a bad one, imo.

Whoosh 30 Emiras looking for loving homes with over half of them under £85k - very surprised people still taking these to try and sell on at a small profit considering some have not moved in circa 3 months.
All colours available

Something like 2/3rds of Europe's availability on autoscout24 seem like advertisements to order (not ready for delivery) though...

Are they using that to refer to a “proper” First Edition, rather than one of these pretend 2.0 FEs they’re sending to the US? ;)

It’s also shorthand for “beta release”, ie one of the very early cars.

Just been into jct600 Bradford 5 cars in showroom plus another 4 in the prep yard can't all be going to owners wonder if there cancelled orders and for sale?

Some of these cars are very cheap 😅
Probably all picked up before the £6k hike. Plus they have to price them to sell as anyone realistically interested in these cars have been waiting for years, so won’t mind a few more weeks to get a new one with exact spec.
