Emira JB4 Tuning Now Available for I4 & V6 Cars!

I THINK, not speaking for him, but I would also like to know..

Does it change the driveability of the car? Is it all over the place? Is the power "too much" (it's never too much, but is it manageable)? Is there considerably more pull one way or another? Is it linear? Is it "jerky" or smooth? Do you find that you have a hard time managing the power output now vs stock performance?

Ya know.. The little things. :)
Very linear, very manageable. Went canyon driving last weekend and the extra power want needed but having that bottom end was super nice on apex. It’s not like a turbo car with high boost.

Are you still on Map 91 octane or have you tried the 93?

Started on 91 for the first 2 weeks and then been on 93 map since 5/8/25.
i really like that 460whp lol.
Have you noticed a big hit on gas mileage? Especially with the more expensive gas? Has the car's sound changed, as in louder?

How well would this work with everything stock...no 3rd delete and stock air filter? V6 M. Would the map need to be tweaked any?

Every engine condition is different, it is advised to start with Map 1 then run a log to see if data is good, especially AF ratio and intake temp. Move up if everything looks good.

Fully agree. Don't jump directly to the 93 map until you know very confidently that your local fuel and the tune are happy with one another.

I currently run 93 and don't see a reason to not start at 93. I'm not tracking this car or hard driving.

But how would you know if the engine likes the extra boost? Me and my buddy both have a Macan GTS using JP4, I can do Map 4 but he can only goes up to Map 3. Anyway it is your car, do what you like...

100%!
my car was the test car so the tune was for my car specifically. you would run the obd temporarily in order to ensure your engine will act in a similar manner to mine. if not then tune will be adjusted.

Honestly i think it was better on the 91 map. since its technically running leaner.

you will be fine. you could remove the prefilter on yours so you can get better flow.

Btw, running log on JP4 requires full throttle on third gear for good data.

Nice, I have a Macan with Cobb tune.

Just be aware that the JB4 93 tune wasn't developed on actual 93 octane fuel. They did a calculated mix. So proceed with a little caution until you're really confident in it, particularly in different kinds of weather.

I think that’s like asking what a strawberry tastes like. The easy answer is just “nice”.

Looks like a Log of map1 to start it is. Thanks.

You'd be impressed with a guy named Shakespeare and what people can do with words!
Verily, this chariot doth move with most noble grace—steady as the stars in heaven, obedient to the master’s will. This past sennight, I did traverse the winding paths of yon mighty canyon, where the steed’s strength was ample, though its excess unneeded. Yet lo! That deep-throated power at the apex—'twas a boon most welcome, a whisper of might beneath mine hand. Nay, it is no tempestuous beast, no charger driven by furious winds; it hath not the reckless spirit of a turbo-born steed, whose breath is the wild gusts of high boost. Rather, it doth wield its force with measured dignity, a knight upon the road, steadfast and true. :)
