They've stated other diameters are a possibility, but they need to gauge the market for the 20's first. Also remember, they did a "survey" and the people spoke. OE and OE+ were the lead horses in those responses. Lastly, this is not an "order and wait for a few weeks (or months)" shop. They are signing up to hold "ready to ship" inventory. To date, I don't think anyone actually offers an "off the shelf" in stock product.I think if you put out an offer for Apex to owners for there time, you will get a quicker response to get things going. I wanted to get them, but I know nothing with 18 inch wheels would happen this year because they want to do 20's first and see how it goes. Why would most people want 20s if Apex is a track focused wheel. They should tell everyone they are also working on 18s & 19s because they are losing track focused enthusiasts every day, and that is there target audience.![]()
Way late to the party but are they still looking for an i4?Final bump from me as I'm guessing if no one has come forward at this point, it ain't happening. Apex is still looking for that elusive i4 owner in the bay area. As a reminder, they need 2-3 hours with the car to do a final fit of their wheels and to do some photo and video work. In return, they'll provide all media for free to the owner and a discount should you elect to purchase wheels from them. DM me if interested.
