Will they ever offer black?

I'm trying to sell my current toy before buying an Emira...so may be a year or so. Do you think they will ever offer black as an exterior color option? My current fav color is the Nimbus Gray followed by the Magma Red...but I already have a red 1969 Camaro...want a different color.

Yup, black and white are coming for the base spec Emira. You can always custom wrap in gloss or matte black too. 😎

First edition has been sold out for nearly a year. You would be looking at a base edition at this point anyway, so black will be an option for you 😊

I saw a black Emira at the factory in January. It was Starlight Black, previously used on Elise/Exige/Evora, which has a metallic fleck. It looked great but having owned a couple of black cars, I know they're a pain to keep clean and are very prone to swirl marks.

Personally I think the Emira looks better with a lighter colour that lets you see the complexity of the curves more easily.

Though dark colors tend to hide the lines and details of a car, the Emira shape is so distinctive it still looks good overall, even in black.

I don't disagree that bright colors bring out the lines of a well sculpted body, but there's just something sinister AF about a well kept blacked out car.
