I wonder if it’s possible you got someone’s returnsy… at least the side skirts portion. They could have cannibalized parts from a customer return while building yours.

The PPF we were offered came in house directly from the dealer shop. Not from Lotus.

Mystery solved on the PPF on the side skirts. It's a weird small piece, only 1.5" x 3" or so. Both sides. Apparently they all have this? Super odd, and was peeling off immediately. Not sure if this was supposed to be removed during PDI or if Lotus really intended it to be permanent, but it's clearly not permanent.
