Since there have been a number of reviews for Carbon Rotors, I though that I should post the third option

Placed an order and then sent a message about changing the pads. I have always used Pagid pads on my prior track cars (Cayman, 911 and NSX) and always liked their initial bite and linearity with steel rotors. Never had issues with overheating the pads. I wanted a more track oriented pad and was initially going to go with the RSC but then found they had no pad for the rear. Advised to go with the RSL29 front and rear if I wanted to stay with Pagid pads. GREAT communication throughout the entire discussion and they were very flexible

Installation was straightforward, didn't even have to compress the calipers since I no wear on my rotors or stock pads. (1000 highway miles driving from Orlando to Ann Arbor and 1 track session). Took my time bedding the pads:
20 x 25 mph to stop with gentle pressure
20 x 75-25 with moderate pressure
10 x 75 to stop with hard braking and then cool down of the system

With the hard stops, very linear with excellent initial bite, obviously no fade and no chatter. Overall excellent brake feel-feels much more linear than stock. Minimal brake noise and no brake dust on the wheels or calipers. Probably won't be able to test them on the track until next year but very happy with the initial results.

Difference in the driving? Maybe a little better turn in but it is pretty subtle. Did alot of other changes so I can state that it feels faster but I dropped a fair amount of weight. May be the most cost effective Carbon setup, not a whole lot more than full floating high quality iron rotors
