even the best of us forget somethings ....
I cant see the problem, half an upper black pack......

When I go hiking, I also fill half an upper mounted back pack, with beer...

For information, it had chrome LOTUS badge on the back and grey tailpipes.

That's wrong then! It's got Lower Black Pack and the corresponding rear badge and tailpipes but the all black mirrors that go with Full Black Back. No way you can specify that on the configurator and no way I know of to get Lotus to do a special variant.

What did B&C say about it?
