Yeah, I think the yellow calipers gives it that little extra bit of warmth, especially against the black wheels. Even with the silver though, you'll have plenty of daylight sun in Texas to make either combination look good.

Yeah it's a bit more dramatic of a look, but it definitely works. I made the outer parts of the tire darker the way you would if you put a tire treatment on them. Gives it more of that 'new car' look.

Bit odd they’re ‘officially’ not recommending black alcantara with yellow stitch for Hethel yellow. That’s my config and I’d have thought that would be a fairly obvious combo? Plenty of red sports cars with red stitch on black etc.

*edit - why are there no Designer’s Choices for some paint options, what a cop out!?

Agree, scratching my head on that one. My config as well. Is the yellow stitching that different from HY?

Actually if you're going to do something like this, you would need the yellow in other places to help anchor the heaviness of the top. Something along these lines, just as a suggestion.
