2026 steering wheel buttons wiring issue.

Took apart the buttons on my 2026 Emira in an attempt to change out paddles but ran into a problem doing so. The electrical connection for each pod is a ribbon which does not have a fitting I recognize. Any one have experiance or regarding this connection. Have no functionality at the steering wheel until I can resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide !
