What did you do to your Emira today?

Almost certainly preaching to the choir here - but have you had your geometry checked? That looks like a lot of excessive wear on the outside on just one tyre.

No but the pax side front tyre was similarly worn (just not at cords). Current thinking is the asymmetric load of going around a roundabout counterclockwise caused it. I was thinking of getting the geo done too, though, so maybe that'll yield information.

Nah, thats just MK roundabouts for you. I grew up there, all my hot hatches had the same issue, no matter what you did
The road designers were also kind enough to put drains at the apex of the corners and at the centre of the inside corner of the roundabout. If you were going straight on, you'd get a thunk-thunk-thunk as you aced the roundabout

He's said he's down to the cords on the inside of his rear tyres - not the outside. Lots of cornering should wear the outsides of the tyres faster.
