Steering wheel choice

Hi there, apologies if this has come up already but I contacted Lotus about choice of steering wheel. I wanted one with yellow stitching to match the body colour choice. They told me I can’t have that choice with a launch edition v6. Do you have any info on why this would be the case? I doubt I’m the only one that would want this.

3rd party supply, or lack of it.
You can easily get it redone by another 3rd party for same or less than the Lotus price
