Well I just ordered the delete from @GRP wo still manage to be the best value even from overseas
Let see how long till they pull me over
@GRP wondering if you can send the pipe with no GRP emblem added? I think going as OEM looking as possible is my best bet if they end up looking inside the car. Guess they are premade already? I can flex it off then no problem

Welcome to hell
Tints are only allowed if they have a specific sticker included. Forget windshield and front side windows are 70% max if I recall correctly. Regarding exhaust mods, remove the valve controller and don't put it back on.
Hamburg, Berlin and the whole Ruhrgebiet area are hell for sport cars and if they catch you with a valve controller prepare for a fun time in public transit

Making he have second thoughts about moving back to Germany, and importing the car should we decide to make the move.

It's fine, you get the Autobahn in return
Just behave in the city and get rid of the valve control and you're good to go. Car sounds spicy enough with the 3rd cat gone only

Its under the rear pan so to see the emblem requires the removal of 20 bolts.

Hah, that just means your vehicle is in the impound yard longer and you have "mechanics" taking stuff apart for inspection (then they reinstall the bolts with the impact gun without starting the threading by hand...)
