I don't. The designs I did fit the standard size badge frames, both the ones on the side and dash.
Ok, now I'm confused. Post #16 on this thread makes reference to, and clearly shows, a more elongated version of the side badges. I actually like that size version more. Is that no longer feasible?
Yeah me too but in that case I would need an actual template with exact dimension to give to the vendor. I am not sure if he will do that since he will have to pay to make a new mold and in such a low quantity the cost might be high.
I don't even know if a longer badge would fit the space. The factory badge completely covers the low point of the area the badge is in. From there the sides all around start to go up. After looking at it, you might be able to extend the back of the badge maybe another 1/2 inch, but it's going to lift on the sides unless you design a thicker badge to accommodate. Like you said, the demand for that isn't likely to be enough to justify the cost.
(The original file mentioned in Post #16 was before we even saw a production car or the final production badges.)
I'm okay with normal size too if new mold will cost a bit.
For group buy of the custom made keycase and badges, here are the items that are available.

I was able to negotiate a 10% group buy discount for 5 items or more. International shipping fee will be split between the buyers which should cost around 20-30 USD per person. An international PayPal transfer fee of 35 USD will be split among buyers as well.

4. I collect shipping costs (shipping from China to me split by buyers, and from me to you), and PayPal fee to 675430VME (international PayPal transfer fee split by number of buyers), then ship to everyone.
5. World peace.
