The visor cover could be done easily by any local auto vinyl sign printing service. Just print on matte black vinyl. I can post up the printable file if you like that design.

Here ya go. The .PDF file is for the printer. Print on matte vinyl, but make sure it's automotive grade so it doesn't come unglued or distort in the sun when you have the visor down.
