Brake caliper bolt tension

Greetings all. I’m just in the process of installing EBC Bluestuff brake pads and have removed the rotors for skim machining. Would anyone “in the know” be able to tell me the correct torque setting for the two bolts that attach the front (and rear) brake callipers to the suspension? The bolts also seem to have a thread locking fluid applied, judging by the degree of effort needed to loosen and remove them.

I don’t have the torque value, but would recommend using a little heat to anyone removing the calliper bolts. It reduces the effort needed by around 70%.
