BEST 3rd Cat Delete (for USA customer)

Has anyone done a third Cat delete on the I4? I dont see a lot of information on it and looking for some advice. Is a third cat delete worth it on the AMG engine? Does just a straight pipe make a difference? Do I need a valve controller? I want better sound but not sure I like the idea of having to open close the valves every time I get in the car.. (not really sure how it all works). Please excuse my ignorance on the subject and or if this has been answered somewhere else on the forum. If any one has an opinion, product suggestion, and or video of before/after for the AMG engine that would be great.

Just installed GRP pipe. Attached notes Re:slip fit issue on initial tightening of torca clamp.
"Spoke to you few days ago Re: loose fit on GRP delete pipe.
You reminded me of the metal shim trick to tighten fitment….
Worked just fine: some notes:
1. uses 0.5mm thick galvanized sheet, 1 1/4” wide, approx. 2” long
2 pieces each side, placed under clamp/over inlet roughly centered at 12 and 6 o’clock.
This allowed ample tightening of clamp to snug fitment. I torqued nut to 26 ft/lb only,
as was concerned of snapping bolt; tightness seemed more than adequate (did same with
3 bolts on flange);one post had noted snapping clamp bolt when torquing to 35-45 ft/lb.
Will recheck in ~few weeks after a number of heat cycles and adjust if necessary.
2. In reviewing problem again just prior to this fix, noted that without shims clamp bolt bottomed out
before tight enough to snug delete pipe in muffler inlet. So fix allowed enough spread of clamp
to allow adequate tightening without clamp nut/bolt bottoming. Cannot explain why this was not
a problem on OEM cat install since my measurements using micrometer showed exactly same OD
dimension on your pipe and OEM cat. Admit, never thought to see if clamp bolt was bottomed on the
cat pipe before removing; there were no leaks seen to cause concern, and pipe was definitely snug
requiring “effort” to remove…….your instructions suggesting using a wooden drift was the ticket!
Thanks for your kind help…..and nice product."
