I think even easier is just scan the stock part right? or probably even easier to just make a simpler part. It looks like parts bin lego that Lotus did (which all manufacturers do) and there's probably a super simple version of that attachment piece that will work. Or extend the mirror back or down or in however you want.You were replying while I was typing.
So that one piece is worth $500?
Honestly, that could easily be mold and made out of forged carbon fiber.
Curious, do you have any experience making silicon molds, then producing a plastic part from the silicon? If so, you could easily replicate that part in plastic.
Or could you possibly use this to make a scan of it?
