When selecting the different driver options we all know that the car starts off in tour mode . Mine however will not select sport or track until the car has been driven for several minutes . Also needs a hard push of the selection switch. Is this normal?

Not on mine.

Can change modes as soon as the engine starts.
In fact two quick flicks of the switch takes it into sport before the graphics have even caught up.

It seems to be easier to select the modes today . Yesterday the switch felt stiff now it seems to be working as intended thankfully. Just getting used to the weird seatbelts now!

What's weird about your seatbelts?
This twisting thing mentioned?
I don't get that.
You get the impression there’s something wrong because there’s a slight twist in the driver’s seatbelt. But it works perfectly. I quieried this with B&C technical who said it’s exactly the same as with the Evora which is good enough for me . Meanwhile the car is totally awesome to drive which is all I really care about !

I miss mine.. been 1 week at GVE for PPF and ceramic coating.
Getting it back tomorrow and then off the next day for an exhaust for a couple of weeks.
B&C want to do my ceramic coating because Lotus forgot to do it ! Awaiting a refund . Can you recommend which procedures to have please

Well, all will be explained in the video after I edit it. Will likely be out this weekend.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and professional preparation and coating quality is key.

I hope to find out more myself!

Wait… an exhaust mod? What are you up to now?

Apologies for going off topic 🍪

B&C got their chap to do mine. Seems a good job.
G-tech 2-stage ceramic on body and wheels.
No PPF as I’m in the “can’t stand the stuff” camp.
The factory bits on the most vulnerable areas is enough for me.

How much PPF is provided already ?

Where on the car is it placed ?

There’s a small piece behind the front wheels, a larger bit in front of the rear wheels, a small piece behind the rear wheels, and a piece inside the door opening at the bottom of the rear wing (there’s a gap there that stones from the front wheel could get in).
You can see them if you squint in these pics.
