Software updates between Apr and May

I think it was established somewhere on this forum (maybe the JB4 thread, I can't find it now) that the info screen does not reflect the actual horsepower.
I'm guessing it's probably just some simple calculation based on the engine revs. If so, if it was showing "421bhp" that was a "bug" that may be is now corrected to be "400bhp" whilst there's little change to the actual power. You would need to dyno it before and after to be certain.
I know that and I am probably the first one to say that on this forum. I am just saying the owner of that car who got the latest update no longer being able to go above 400hp on his info screen and he also felt the car is less aggressive after the update. We believe the original software might actually produce more than 400hp and the latest update put it back where it supposed to be. This explains why my tuner was able to run 3.5. secs on 0-100 with only a pair of Recaro 2600A but no other engine related modification.
