I've had SilentCilantro's MagSafe Wireless Charger fitted to my Emira for over a year now but it recently stopped working - right when I got a new phone.
I sent a quick DM to SilentCilantro and I got a very quick reply. From that conversation I did some quick diagnostics and it was fairly easy to determine the power supply was faulty, still showing a green LED but not supplying charge.
SilentCilantro arranged to have a new power supply shipped out to me. This arrived in just over a week and I've fitted it and it's now all working again.
So a big thumbs-up from me for the excellent product and the even better customer support.
