Rear Dash Cam Installation

Hi, has anyone installed a dash cam to the inside of the internal glass on a Emira and where (on top) ?
I am wondering on the picture quality going through two pieces of glass?
Any assistance with running the rear cable from the rear dash cam to the front mounted dash cam located by the rear view mirror to ensure the cable is hidden?
The dash cam I am looking at installing is the VIOFO A229 Pro 2ch.

Hi all,
I installed a rear camera on my Exige and it works great for backing up, but the field of vision is way too wide to be of use as a rear view mirror alternative. I have looked far and wide for a more narrow angle camera, but was unsuccessful. Anyone out there know of a camera that is less than 120 degrees? Thanks in advance!
