Portable Battery Tender Advice?

Can anyone recommend a battery tender for a car that will be parked in a garage with no power outlets?

The tender needs a fully self contained lithium ion battery power source that can be periodically charged up at home, and then left in the boot/trunk of the car attached to the car battery.

I just bought a CTEK CS Free for exactly this purpose as I don't have access to power in the underground carpark the Emira is kept in. Not cheap but better than a flat battery!!

Not had it long, so not sure of the length of time the unit will last when conditioning a battery without an external power supply.

You can also get a solar panel accessory for it too if you want to go properly off grid.
