Newb looking to get an Emira this year as daily car + a cheap backup

Congrats! Let us see the rear spoiler more so we can help you decide!
Traveling for a few days. Will post a few when I am back with the car.

Lotus dealer can do an ECU printout; similar to DME. In addition to RPM data, much additional info included. Perhaps investigate when your fluid change visit occurs?I
Good ideas. The car goes in to Gator Motorsport next Monday for the ECU printout, sw updates, and two-year service (brake fluid/oil/cabin filter) and to dial in some more camber. Debating having the short shift kit removed to see how I like it stock.

Just an update that I found my car. Picked up a '24 V6 Manual FE Touring w/1500 miles and tan leather interior. It already has several mods I was planning (short shift kit, 3rd car del, miltek controller, full ppf+ceramic, and tint). It has some cosmetic mods, the stripes, tow hook, and spoiler. Planning to keep the stripes, probably drop the tow hook, and still deciding on the spoiler.

One thing is for sure: I am absolutely loving it so far. I drove and passed on a 718 gts 4.0 and 911 991.2s. The Emira stood out in steering feel and looks, but it was also much more engaging to drive all the time, not just when pushing hard.

I'll be getting it over to Gator Motorsport at some point for an oil change, any needed updates, and possibly adjusting camber. I'll need to see what adjustments others have made and get Gator's recommendations.

Nice, is the car running spacers as well?

Buying used is a great move on the Emira, any issues would have been hopefully worked out by the time you buy it.

The car seems well sorted so far. I considered new, but this '24 w/1500 miles was ~15k less than the lowest priced new 2025's and 25k+ less than ordering. Certainly used has risks but I was able to get quite a few details, photos, and videos from the original owner, which helped. My warranty period is shorter going this route, but I will consider 3rd party when needed. Given the mods it came with and I'd planned to do, I'm happy with the money and time saved.

How much did it cost?
