Just put a deposit on a 24 senca blue manual. Been a few years I've been a lurker on here and now can be legit.

Got a good deal, but not the exact spec I was looking for. Nothing that can't be fixed. Wanted full black pack, but only has lower. So will put black gloss ppf on it and tint everything.

Now to the real problem. I need to go to Ottawa to pick it up before the shit weather starts in ontario. Its on cup2s so driving it from Ottawa to Toronto isn't an option. Need to get it to Gentry for its over due second service, and back to my place in oshawa.

At this point I'm probably going to get it trailered to Gentry then some how get it back to oshawa. I figure at max I have 2 weeks.

Any other ideas besides paying to have it professionally shipped? I have a truck and can tow it with the right trailer but can't find one. Anyone know of someone I can rent it from? Oshawa/Durham area or on the way to Ottawa from Toronto?

Thanks

Unfortunately not. It's single digit Temps right now so cold roads. And it's about 400km away. Amongst all the other winter/pre winter issues. I was debating on even getting a set of all season tires to put on it

U-Haul should have car trailers.
Ya just didn't think clearances would work with the emira. I've helped someone put an rx7 on a uhaul trailer and it didn't work out to well.

copy. no one can feel out the risks for someone else, but I put hundreds of miles on a Vantage with 6-yr-old cups on it in those temps with no issues, simply by driving in the "no fun" zone. but then if the roads had been salted already, forgot about that, I would have hired a carrier.

good luck getting it home and then being patient until spring! 😁

Ya I agree. I'm not opposed to taking risk but want to get more than one drive out of it lol. I'll be doing a lot of garage hangouts this winter thats for sure.
