For those outside the US - I think the scales are showing in lbs so these disks are 20lbs each - so around 9KG.

I'm not sure how much the stock brake disks weigh.

Thanks, we need to list the weight in kg as well.

The OEM design is a novel construction that delivers some of the benefits of 2-piece, like weight, with the cost savings of a 1-piece. Ultimately, cross-drilled rotors are not great on track as they crack, but Lotus marketing must feel clients still associated cross drilling with performance. Slotted rotors are the obvious choice for the those looking for more performance.

Do you have a picture of the gold hatted discs?
Do they rust when wet, like OEM?

The gold actually looks way better than the pics that were up before the shipment. They look great. Can you post pictures of the silver? I've been waiting for those. Regardless, purchase coming soon.

The hats are aluminum so won't rust. The iron rotors are zinc plated so should resist rusting for a long time. Of course the rotor face will rust if left for any period of time but that is not important as the pads will grind off the rust immediately on the first drive.

This shade is like our first batch of ULTRAdiscs we did for the Elise 20yrs ago. They look amazing as the wheel area is so dark - these will offer a nice bit of pop.
