I would be interested in this. My heel & toe skills can be a bit hit and miss when presssing on. Would be a good practice aid to hone my skills knowing what I am trying to mimic

Reviving old thread but does anyone have any tips for installing this unit ?

I am debating whether to attempt this myself or leave it to my mechanic.

I’ve been on a DIY roll last few days, but not sure if this is totally plug and play or requires pull power from another circuit, which feels a little trickier for me

Xingeering has a video somewhere or document that explains it.. not an easy job as you need to connect a few things. Contact them on insta.. they had approached me a while back if I were interested. It was not cheap nor easy

If it's offered, I sure hope it can be turned off... with the hydraulic steering and the manual transmission, I'm attracted to this being the among last analog, pure feeling cars made. I wanna do the rev matching!

We have one on our shop car that I installed.
It is 100% plug n play but accessing the plugs under the dash is a bit tedious. You have to go inverted and you are wokring in a tight space with your hands almost right over your face. lol Not difficult to do really just a bit tedious.
Once you get all the connections made you need to tuck the wiring up neatly and zip tie it up out of the way.
I mounted the on/off switch into the black trim that faces the floor so it cant be seen, you just reach down and flip the unit on or off that way.
It works really well for canyon driving, track driving or autocross. I would not really recommend it for daily driving.
