You could just get a flat boot liner and cut it to size? That's assuming it's just to protect the interior and not to catch a lot of water like you might want on a boot liner.

Actually, I do want to capture water. My understanding is that the boot gets very hot so I was thinking about using the shelf for frozen groceries but they may melt/sweat some.
