Talked to the vendor and he said the circle on the mini Lotus badge is so small it is uncertain if he is able to do that so he left it out for now but he will try his best if it is possible. I told him it matters so he will figure a way to do so. Then about the font, they can only use as close as possible but with using different program for design it will be hard to match 100%. As long as they are aware of the differences and are trying their best to rectify, that's all I can really hope for.

They simply can’t use Eagle7’s file directly. It’s a different program, let alone the size and proportion are off from the actual items. Therefore they can only use it as a guideline to transfer the design.

This batch was first to confirm so they went in for production before the second batch with yours in it, which is being air dried for the moment.
I didn't realize that. I measured my key fob so the sizes and proportions were exact. What program are they using? I'm using Affinity Designer and it has many different file types it can export to.
The pdf file doesn't use fonts. Everything in it is vector graphics. What program do they use? I can export as an .eps Adobe Illustrator file if they're using Illustrator. All the elements in the file are separate pieces.

Slightly off-topic question. Do you know of anyone there, tailors, who would be able to make a reproduction track jacket like one of these JPS jackets? Even if they can't do the badges, at least the jackets in this style and color?
I do know some tailors but only for formal suits. For a track jacket it would be some clothing companies. Let me ask around.
