Anybody purchase wheels from Aerie?

These wheels are so tempting. I managed to resist the purchase on Black Friday but beginning to doubt I can resist a second time.

Wouldn't happen to have a picture of the copper/bronze wheel on a Dark Verdant Green Emira? Even a mockup would do.

What is the weight difference between the stock wheels and the Aerie wheels when comparing the same size wheels? If it depends on the wheel style from Aerie, then what is the maximum and minimum difference?

Depends on the design and style of the wheel. The more metal there is in the design, the heavier it will be. They list the weights on their website for the styles they offer, which seems to be around 3+ lbs lighter each for the fronts, and 6+ lbs lighter for the rears.

The factory "Ultra Lightweight" wheels are actually fairly heavy. The fronts weigh 25.64 lbs, and the rears weigh 29.54 lbs.

While I have not purchased Aerie wheels, I did buy a lot of Aerie CF pieces. It took some time for everything to arrive, but Jason delivered. He responds much better via WhatsApp, I would give that a try.

I have the same reservations about WhatsApp, however so many people in the UK use it, its become almost the default messaging system
Its annoying really, as alternatives exist that are just as good, and without Meta's oversight e.g. Signal.

the diamond cut style is remarkably popular, but I’m not a fan. To add something constructive, what are your light weight options (stock size)? Do they work with spacers? (I’m very ignorant when it comes to wheels but I have seen some great setups here).

Only problem with Threema, is the lack of uptake. As a result you might have it, but the chances of the receiving party having it are remote.

Also not a fan of the diamond cut - somehow my brain has convinced me they only belong on electric vehicles. Or maybe it's that I just prefer the look of simple, plain wheels. I've really gone off my stock diamond cuts and I'm planning to have them powder coated.

Not yet. They just finished machining them so hopefully they are delivered within the next 30 days! I chose sea shipping

Installed the v2 rims with AD09 tyres and my now my car looks like an Emira Dakar edition. If someone with a V6 sport with Eagle F1 could measure the ride height and fender gap it would be highly appreciated (didn't think to measure this beforehand as I didn't think the height/gap would change). Wheels also stick out quite a bit due to the lower offset

Fronts: 20x8.5 +45 offset
Rears: 20x10.5 +39 offset
Tyres: same as OEM with recommended tyre pressure as well (although I think the stiffer sidewall of the AD09 compared to the Eagle F1 is contributing to the ride height change).

I don't have coilovers (not yet anyway) so can't do much about the ride height
