Very loud thump sometimes in the rear panel where the drivers door would latch onto. Unlock the door, open it up, and a loud thump from that rear panel near the fixed door latch. Strange, but whatever. Anyone else notice this?

So the oil change at my dealer was $420 and I talked to the tech about the water diverter that was installed. He said it went from the front to the firewall and was about two feet wide. Hard to install but he thought it would fix the issue (Resistor was replaced as well).

Just great. Did not reset after letting car sit for an hour. Dealer is 90 minutes away. Waited 2 years and 8 months and right back to the dealer : ( !!!!

First my FE V6 was going to be here this spring, then November timeframe, now they say the order is going in this week and I will get the car in early 2023! I replied "At some point Lotus actually has to deliver a product". Anyway, frustrating but what can you do. I don't want anything else.

I had configured green with the black pack and a black alcatera interior, black wheels. But once I saw the new pictures on the site, the green is pretty dark. So I got rid of the upper black pack and changed the interior to tan leather. The pictures are much better than what they had up there...

My dealer said today late 3rd Q, maybe 4 Q for delivery here in the U.S. Said English first editions would come off the line first. Said First Edition numbers have been increased but not sure by how much.

I have had numerous sports cars and this will be my first Lotus. Probably the most excited I've ever been about a car and I've had porsches, M cars, and AMGs, and Audi S's. Really look forward to it. Cars like this (gas, manual trans) won't be around much longer. It's a keeper.
