What did you do to your Emira today?

Took it to Brands Britannia 2025. I unfortunately couldn't get there in time to park with the Lotus Drivers Club (I parked in the public car park) but there were some nice cars there.

Nice. I have the madtrace but with carbon paddles, where can you get alloy paddles from?
Thanks
Neil
I bought them directly from boomgear when I was in China back 3-4 months ago. I don’t believe they are selling paddles only yet. Trying reaching out to Aerie since I believe they have some partnership going on.

Took the Emira to my first ever track driving session at NCCAR this past week. The car's ability FAR surpasses my novice track driving skills but I learned a ton throughout the session with my Lotus instructor (Zach) who was super helpful. I ran the car all day on JB4 map 2 and it didn't break a sweat or even inch one degree above 200F oil temp the entire day (beautiful weather, about 79F high). The Goodyears also held up well but I don't really have a point of comparison on the their performance given my lack of experience on track.

Overall the car was rock solid and the day was a load of fun. We will be back.

Buffed the whole car and applied wax to it...Really looks super clean ..
Getting it ready for winter early...Few weeks getting knee replaced
and not sure how soon will be able to get into Emira.

Today I received and installed my Darkworks Design (http://darkworks-design.com/) OEM replacement shift knob. I'm pleasantly impressed with its quality, improved smoothness (particularly around the shift pattern lettering), color match and the noticeable enhanced feel of its larger diameter. Highly recommend it.

Sweet! Glad to hear map 2 worked just fine in 79 degree temps. I was concerned it would heat soak.

Yeah, in my case that was not an issue at all. Granted, I'm sure I wasn't pushing it as hard as on some tracks with more experienced drivers but I was pushing to redline in both 3rd and 4th on the straight every ~2 minutes up to about 130mph for 10 laps in a row with zero issues. I was also on stock brakes/fluid which held up with no issues whatsoever. Very, very happy with the Emira's performance and durability from this single day test.

Jb4 map 2 all day is impressive! Even with decent weather.
