I have tried that several times (including Lotuscars USA) over the last few months to multiple Lotus addresses. I agree, and suspect this is a combination of issues. We should remember that the real management power is in China, and they don't seem to have a capacity for apology toward any Western constituency.I remember as a kid when I had to apologize for something I did the longer I waited to do it the harder it got.
