Where for art thou, Boomgear?

These upper control arms allow the camber to be adjusted from factory to more than you’d ever need. The tyres get wrecked IME on track and there is very limited adjustment possible without going to this sort of upper control arm.

You could just use these on a standard car, you could also add more adjustment with other parts, but these upper control arms could be used on a standard car without changing anything else if you wished. IMO insufficient negative camber is the main suspension issue on the Emira and it means it wrecks the outside edge of tyres on track.

The Nitron Electron suspension kit for the Emira has electrically adjusted shocks, that adjust constantly and can be changed from the cabin.

Personally, I’ve purchased a full suite of suspension parts including the upper control arms above and will be fitting these to my I4 Sport. I will be retaining the factory springs/shocks for now, but will likely go with Nitron suspension in time.

It sounds like you also have bought Nitron's Electron Damper Control Unit then (rather than just the manual adjustment of the damper soleniod/valve), how much extra was that? I'd be really interested to see how this works out and what your experiences with this are. It sounds pretty hard core and I would expect it'd take a lot of track time and trial and error to dial in correctly - but very cool technology.

Did you also get the Electron nose lift kit?

$4000 (or $8000 with the nose lift) sounds a lot but it's cheaper than other systems I've seen.

I’ve spent too much for now, will be holding off on the Nitron’s for the time being. I’m also very curious to see how all the suspension parts I’ve purchased affect the handling and feel of the car, whilst sticking with standard springs/shocks. The Sport I4 setup is fairly firm already IMO. Once you start down the modding route, there is no end to it….

If/when I do go coil overs, then I’ll probably go top of the line Nitron with electron and FAL (once you go half way, then go all in I say). My plans are to make the car into a track car that can still drive to the track. It should be well on its way very soon as I have upgraded charge cooler, mapped ECU, lots of suspension parts, exhaust, decat and harness bar to fit.

Dcu is $1500 I believe.

AFAIK, no one has received a kit. Some of us are 4+ months waiting

It's a little bit on the experience side at around 2500 USD right now, I am hoping the price will go down once they fulfill their investment. I like this one much better than the Jubu one but the price is a little too much. For Australia I think Boomgear can ship it no problem.
Does @BoomGEAR have any exhaust designs or ideas a for v6?

Feels like the market is waiting for something groundbreaking, like z pipe or fully dual path, with killer sound

I want to buy all the stuff aerogear boomgear makes. Maybe it's time to take a trip

wow that actually looks like a well designed hood. that said, yeah how much difference is the weight vs OEM? our OEM composite panels aren't THAT heavy.

Like the looks; any concern on water ingress since no elevated diversion peice as in OEM-concern on the damage/exposure to the AC system? Need additional rubber diverter/cover as factory used?

Finally one to my liking!! Hell yeahh! Since its in the design phase id recommend to widen the slots a bit more? right now it looks to tight, i might be wrong and much better in real. keep me informed
This piece is designed and made by a V6 owner who has a carbon fiber bicycle company so I think he probably knows what he is doing but sure I will let him know as well.

im sure he does, im not undermining his design or quality work just compared to jubu and boomgear design who use more wider slots for heat dissipation... at the end I'd like to have something functional and not just weight saving or for the looks. I am following this and appreciate his efforts.

Emiras and bicycles and carbon fiber fabrication? Wow is he single? :ROFLMAO: kidding kidding

GT4 style hood with removable drainage culvert

Another new set of aero. The rear diffusor is a one piece design and look promising.

Looks interesting. The larger pieces are clearly the front splitter, the hood, side skirts and diffuser but do you know what those smaller pieces are? Looks like something for the front and something for the rear.
