Just got mine today.

Shift knobs are mostly personal preference but I'm really really happy with this design. The larger size feels great in the hand and the small amount of added weight makes a big difference when engaging gears. Shifts feel a ton smoother. Also love that it maintains the OEM look.

Great product!

Waiting for mine to come over the pond along with some other goodies from Mr Suntorytime... It's shipped very quick so now in the hands of the courier gods...

Installed this today. Love it.
The larger size and weight dwarf the OEM knob and the quality is top notch.
I added a bit of colour but extremely happy with the purchase. Looking forward to taking it for a spin.
Thank you @mr.suntorytime

Very happy that everyone is satisfied with these.

Received mine thanks.

Got to me astonishingly quickly.
Ordered Sunday evening UK time.
Presumably dispatched Monday morning California time (early afternoon UK time).
In my hand in SW London at 10am Wednesday.
Less than 48 hours! Impressive.

Feels good in the hand but I’ll have to wait until I get the car back from having its doors replaced/painted before testing properly.

Given it a paint while I’m waiting.

What kind of paint did you use? Nail polish?

Touch-up pen from Halfords (UK). Tool Box Red, although it could be an even brighter red.
There’s a little nib that’s a perfect fit in the grooves. Easier to apply than a brush.

I didn't care for the small factory shift knob so I turned my own.
It's a threaded steel core inside an aluminum knob turned from 2" billet. Weight is heavier than stock so it is easier to go into gear but light enough not to compromise accuracy; I went through a few iterations to find the right balance.

I powdercoated it in Prismatic's "Morpho Blue." All in all I think it came out great!

I'm new to this forum, but I can't believe the amount of useless chatter regarding the gear knob!
For heavens sake, what will be next?
The tyres are 'Too Rubbery',The paint is 'Too Shiny'
Just go out and drive it!

Thank goodness you pointed that out - I was just about to post a rant about my too-rubbery tyres. ;)

Maybe since you're new you should take a moment to familarize yourself with the forum, the car, it's quirks, and the efforts members have made to share ideas or products to make ownership more enjoyable -- I've driven mine 5800 miles -- thanks to this forum I've made some wonderful improvements that bring me smiles every drive....so thanks for your useless chatter
