Seat control panel (driver-US-left)

The plastic panel pocket has broken away from where it slips over the metal frame tab. I this may be due to my ingress/egress from the car, not as agile as I once was. In any case, anyone else experienced this and potential solution/improvement other than replacement of the panel?

Discussed in the Seat panel detaching, anybody else having this issue? thread. Conclusion was that replacing the part is easiest.

Best to remove it, and repair. A new part will eventually fail. The repair is quite simple once the part is on the workshop bench.
