great rendering. I liked the R8 GT wing the best. Others could use more aggressive aero to pair with the wing.

I agree, it looks like you have to fully commit the bigger the wing gets.

I've been debating between the Hethel rear wings and the duckbill spoiler from GRP myself. I am going to track the car, but not heavily thus why I think the duckbill spoiler will be better along with it enhancing the lines of the car imo. Love the R8 wings on the Emira as well, I just wish there were more options for Emiras but it is what is it is currently. Hope there will be more upgrade modification options in the near future. This car in both variants have so much potential in my opinion. I hope we get more options soon stateside.

We are strictly in the realm of personal taste but I agree with you, the ducktail looks like a natural extension and doesn’t seem out of place. The traditional wing demands more attention and makes a clear statement (I’m either serious about racing or I want to pretend to be).

Not at all, in fact most installers recommend installation with the wing atop PPF.

Tip, if they are held on with adhesive tape with a bit of foam in it, it sometimes works to "saw" through it with dental floss to release it.

I thought I’d see what other owners views on for fitting rear wings and in particular the following questions:

1. The obvious question, will adding a rear wing ruin the look of a road car? I would only consider if I had already fitted an Aerie body kit (minus the frunk lid).
2. Will it make it handle worse because the suspension wasn’t designed to have it like the GT4?
3. What are the best wings?
4. Will it lower the value of my car?

I’m sure someone other than a wing manufacturer has done this previously so it would be good to hear from someone who has or considering it.

I put the rear lip spoiler on my car, the one from GRP. I don't thin it has any aero improvement, but it looks nice (not too big) and it allows me to personalize the car.
