Ownership Experience Far from Dealer?

Hello! I'm contemplating ordering an Emira for delivery next spring, but I live in Minnesota. The closest dealer is in Chicago, which is 6 hours from my house. I'm sure there are people on this forum who also live far from dealers, and I'm curious how the experience has been. Have you guys found Lotus to be fairly accommodating when the car experiences faults or breakdowns? When will they tow the car? Will they bring it back? How reliable have people found the 6 speeds? Does it need to go back to the dealer for annual services? Anyone on this forum from Minnesota? Thanks in advance!
