"Driveshaft bearing mount"? This is a transverse engine... the only driveshafts are halfshafts. That's... weird.

Man, it would be nice if Lotus actually published anything to VSIC. You know, as legally required.

For example, if you put your VIN in here: https://vsic.lotuscars.com/ it should list those recalls under the Recall section. It requires a subscription to download, but the listing doesn't require one. When you put your VIN in, what does it give you?

Looks like it's only for the right side driveshaft, it's literally just a bracket that mounts to the engine and holds the halfshaft.

Well this is exciting. Put my VIN in that page you put a link to, and I guess I have an engine change! This has to be the most epic car buying experience I've ever had lol.

Maybe these aren't actually recalls (yet) and just TSBs?

has anyone registered an account to download the service notes? Can anyone subscribe to this or is this for dealers only?

Anyone can subscribe. You can even subscribe for just 1 hour and do your downloads.

Right to Repair laws in several countries (particularly the US and Canada) make public availability of this sort of data a requirement.
