My Lotus Portal

I checked the My Lotus portal this morning, and my order is gone !
Not sure if a glitch with the new-looking portal, or something more worrying.
UK i4 Order from August 21.

Dealing with Lotus is "fun" isn't it.

Same here as well, looks like they've been doing some updates as the interface is different.
Was working ok a couple of days ago.

Just checked with Lotus CC, they asked me to try using the following link and all is good through there, looks to go through the old website interface still.

So definitely looks like the new website isn't pulling the information through correctly.
