A better representation of the ridges and shape of the overall knob.

Coming soon for all of you, I designed this for Darkworks!

It's a Feel's style shift knob but for the Emira/Evora/Exige V6. 48mm diameter ball with a bit more extension for those of us who like to hold shifter from the side and the top. The H pattern matches the OEM one and 70mm overall length.

hope it's a lot heavier than stock to make it easier for those who have short shifter kits installed

I estimate the mass should be around 212g vs the 115g for oem. Those are just estimates based on CAD mass models out of 6061 aluminum so they’ll probably be +/- 2%.

for reference my knob currently is around 165g, so this one edges it out some.

This knob should be a good match for those with a short shifter to balance out the taller knob. It’ll feel good on more grip positions, be heavier, and closer to the steering wheel.

Can you do custom designs? Design is super important.

Also can you do DU or MG?

Can you do tungsten?

WC is tricky to manufacure.

Need to make a mold and sinter the powder and then grind it down.

Its very time consuming and labor intensive.

I get that.

DU may work better.

It’s both pyrophoric and self sharpening

Plus it’s just a waste product so it’s basically free

[Comparison between tungsten and du as knob material redacted per chairman kitkat’s whining below!]
